THE YOUNG LEADERS PROGRAM 2020
According to the latest report by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, 13% of recent college graduates (approximately 143,000 individuals) in the United States are unemployed. Most recently, a study conducted by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York indicated that the unemployment rate of the U.S. recent college graduate has surpassed the national unemployment rate. An extensive academic research published by the Journal of Educational Issues cited that "the skills and experiences gained through college curriculum are sometimes not sufficient for entry-level positions." These data points indicates that it is increasingly important for college students to gain meaningful, career-related, experience that can help them to land their dream job upon graduation. Worry no more! You just find the solution in the Young Leaders Program!
